1999 Honda Accord Starts, runs, handles nicely, appears well maintained. Transmission occasionally shifts down slowly at a stop. Brakes, suspension and steering good. Engine has no significant leaks. Dent in trunk, minor scratches, no rust, undercoated. Trim above drivers door looks like someone tried to break in. Needs new windshield wipers. Power windows and locks all work. New tires. New radiator & coolant. EGR valve ports recently cleaned; EGR valve recently replaced. No "Check Engine" fault lights. A/C does NOT presently work, due to faulty HVAC control head at least. This controls A/C, heat, and which vents are open or closed. Fan blows all speeds at vent setting. eBay lists an HVAC control head for @$200. Probably available much cheaper at a salvage yard
