This General Lee was the display car for John Schnider & Tom Wopat's 2015 Christmas Concert in Louisiana at John Schnider's home & studio property last December. Many of you had your pictures taken with this car. We had alot of fun and time and miles meeting all the cast members with this car. It is signed on the dash and under the trunk deck lid by: John Schnieder "Bo"; Tom Wopat "Luke"; Catherine Bache "Daisy"; Ben Jones "Cooter"; Sonny Shroyer "Enos"; and Rick Hurst "Cletus" This car is equiped with the 440 V8 engine, running 2 650 carburetors with Aluminum Intake. This car is right. It has positive traction sure grip rear end with 3speed 727 Torkflite Automatic transmission. This car is very strong. It drives great. I had the seats covered in a nice soft leather that you can ride for hours! It's that comfortable. Everything works on this car; from all the original gauges to the dixie horns and yes the head lights work perfectly! This car is pretty original so it's not perfect. The headliner has been swed back together in a couple places. The carpet is nice buy not perfect. The paint is pretty good overall. Car is pretty sold other than has some bubbling around the bottom of rear window. It has chips here and there, but overall the car is pretty clean and has nice glossy shine to it. The frame and underneath, bloor boards are nice and solid. The trunk pan has been replaced at some time in the past. The General Lee is a ball to drive, but you have to be careful with it. It's that strong of a car. This is always indoors & under covers. Never weathered on since I've owned it. You're also going to need alot of patience owning this car. You can't even go to the fuel station without a crowd of people coming up to look & ask you questions about it. It's a celebrity! Car has a full set of vector wheels even the spare!
