CALLAWAY SUPERCHARGED 616 C6 Z51 In 2006 this car was sent to Callaway Cars, Inc. in Lyme, CT to have the Callaway SuperNatural 490 package done. This package changed the exhaust system, intake system, values, camshaft, heads, and added the Callaway badging inside and out. In 2007 the car again went to Callaway to have the SuperCharger 616 package done, pushing the car to 616HP - 580 FT LBS. Torque, by installing a supercharger, a higher hood to accommodate it, high performance clutch & flywheel and shifter package giving the car a top speed of 209 mph, 0 - 60 mph 3.3 seconds and 1/4 mile - 10.9 seconds @ 129 mph. Reeves Callway knows this car well and said he would be willing to talk to serious buyers about it and the work done by Callaway Cars, Inc. This car was featured in the February 2008 edition of Corvette Enthusiast Magazine. In 2012-2013 Paul "Motor" Burns of Motor, Inc. of Marblehead, MA. fully customized the body of this car. In essence no aspect of this car has been left unmodified. This car truly is a one of a kind, singular car and attracts crowds wherever it goes. The car has won numerous awards and a 1st placement in show over 500 other corvettes. This car has had well over $50,000 in custom body styling work done by Motor, Inc. of Marblehead, MA - A description of these body changes include the reduction the roof height and rear window size by raising the sill line increasing it from the front to rear of the car and reshaping the rear window shape and also including a rearward sweep at the raised center area of the hatch. The front fenders and doors were modified to make larger sweeping side scoops. The front fenders were also widened at the wheel openings and the GS air scopes removed from the rear quarters. The rear wheel openings were also widened. A unique new nose panel was added and the new rear-end design incorporated inverted rectangular tail-lights and bezels. The car also has vertical (Gullwing style) opening doors. Over $30,000 in certified engine work (SuperNatural 490 and SuperCharger 616 Packages) was done by Callaway Cars, Inc. This car in pristine show condition, has always been garaged, and was not used as a daily driver.
