Nice early Model A Ford Sedan for auction; this car has the emergency brake on the left like its predecessor, the Model T. This car was restored by the previous owners in 2007 including the body, upholstery, roof, motor, transmission and complete drivetrain. I don't have any restoration paperwork from that time, unfortunately. The car starts runs and drives without a hitch and can do 45-50 mph without s problem; has good power and the gears shift smoothly. Newer Firestone whitewall tires and spare look sharp. Custom upholstery was made from original patterns to match the exterior color and beltline of the car. The seats were rebuilt & re-padded for comfort, the roof was re-wooded and a new covering was put on the car. Brand new chrome bumpers with a custom turn signal unit built into them was added for safety. This car has all newer wiring, hoses, plugs, rebuilt generator, starter, distributor and ignition gauges and even has the engine pans on both sides of the motor. Everything works on the car as it should- all lights switch on and off easily. I recently added a rebuilt Tillotson carburetor. I am having trouble getting the speedo to work, it did work and then stopped. The gas tank is in good shape but was not sealed when the car was restored, so I added a new filter into the tank. Newer radiator that keeps the car cool, all new bright work with motometer. Winner to pay $300 non-refundable deposit through PayPal and balance due upon vehicle removal.
