Has the usual dings and dents as a 60 plus year old truck has but overall in good shape without any heavy rust. Both body and frame have mostly surface rust underneath. I did not try to paint over or hide the original condition. The engine is the 6 cylinder overhead cam 215 CID original. I have given it a tune up with new electronic ignition, wires, plugs and coil as well as new 60 amp (one wire) alternator. All fluids throughout (engine, cooling, transmission, brakes, rear end) have been changed with a new spin on engine oil filter. New brake stop light switch and shocks. Had been converted to 6 volt negative ground, but switched back to 6 volt positive ground because of the electronic ignition. New Optima battery and heavy duty cables. The wiring is 80% original and should be replaced, but the major systems work with the exception of the horn, ammeter and tail/brake lights (both new). Headlights and front markers work as well as original turn signal lamps work. Interior dome light works as do dash lights. Upholstery is older but in good condition with new headliner and rubber floor mat and door and kick panels new. Tailgate was replaced with new hardware. New chrome bumpers and hardware. New hub caps and hood emblem. New front windshield and both front and rear window rubber replaced. New running board step plates and mirrors. Tires have plenty of rubber on them. New marker light lenses on front as well as new headlamp bezels, hubcaps and trim rings. This is not a restored truck, but a good survivor.
