2010 Chevy Suburban LS 4x4 with a FlexFuel 5.3L V8. This SUV has been a backup vehicle for our company and has been well-maintained. New brake rotors/pads were recently installed as well as a new ABS module, new brake booster, and a new master cylinder. Tires are in great shape. The exterior is in above average condition with only minor scuffs in a few locations (as expected for a 6 year old vehicle). It was recently checked out by the local Chevy dealer. Aside from the tire sensor system is currently not working correctly (displays an error, needs a replacement module) no issues were found.This truck has a third row of seats which are in storage but are included with the vehicle. Rear heat/AC. The interior is in good condition; there is some staining of the carpet in the front row (can be covered with floor mats) and there are a couple minor small marks in the headliner. It was recently detailed inside and out.We haven't had a need for this truck recently and it has been barely used over the past 6 months, so it's being offered for sale. Clear title in hand. Sold as-is with no warranty.
