RARE only 200 built in 1986. Original condition matching engine numbers and is a survivor, Had been stored for several years. It is need of restoration. Everything is there and appears to be all original with exception of radio (has 1987 GM radio w/ cassette) . Will run but engine needs to be rebuilt. I installed new gas tank and heat core. I purchased it from someone whom owned it for 26 years. Body is in good condition but needs paint. The only rust I have found is in the trunk (see photo) this can be repaired or replaced as it is standard to the Monte Carlo and available on the web. The frame only has surface rust as you can see in the pics. The interior needs restoration but everything is there.. The body only has some very lights surface rust but was removed. Fenders and quarter panels are solid. Power Windows and door locks work. lights work, etc.All parts to restore this car are available from several sites that supply G body parts. You can verify that this is a rare car by researching the vin number on the aerocoupe website. This is a restorers dream. It needs to go to someone whom really wants a rare car that was designed as part of NASCARS history. and will restore it back. Not modify it!Buyer will need to pick up and vehicle will need to be towed because tires are old and dry rotted. Would not trust them. It does start and drive however.
