1956 Bel Air 4dr Hardtop****NO RESERVE**** Up for sale today and available for immediate purchase is this 1956 Chevy Bel Air 4dr hardtop. The car runs, drives and stops well. The engine is a 70s 350ci coupled to the stock powerglide transmission. The engine has had new plugs, wires, cap rotor and points, and a new fuel tank installed. The engine runs great with no noises,smoke or leaks. It has a Edelbrock carb and aluminum intake on it and finned dress ups. The transmission shifts nice but it is a cast iron model so it does leak a little. The entire brake system has been replaced front to rear so it stops like it should. The car spent the majority of its life in Texas and has a decent body but does show its age. The floors have a few spots that need attention but nothing major. Inner and outer rockers and floor braces look to be in decent shape. The only rust through on the car is in the rear c pillar on either side which would be a simple fix( base o the back window roof section). This car is a great start for someone to take it to the next level. The car has a Texas issued VIN# and I have a clear Florida title for the car.
