I've owned this car for almost 30 years. 15 years ago in 2001 I had MadCap Racing Engines in Denver rebuild the 351C-4V and converted to a Tremec 3550 5sp manual overdrive transmission. I have receipts for both. Since then I'd be surprised if it has 5000 miles on it. The 9" rear differential was next on my list. It has yet to be rebuilt and is currently leaking out the right axle and pinion seals. It is an original Calypso Coral with white stripes and white interior with fold-down read seat. It has been painted once. The polyurethane enamel paint looks good from a distance as the pictures show, but up close there are some tree sap stains/blemishes from a year it sat outside in the early 90s. Since then it has always been garaged. It was an original FMX car with power steering. The Hooker Supercomp headers would not fit with the power steering. I still have the OEM exhaust manifolds. New coil springs and upper shaft kits were installed when the engine was out in 2001. It starts and drives well. Although when I recently started it I noticed the secondary accelerator pump on the Holley 650 double pumper (List 4777-3) seems to be frozen. I assume from some fuel varnish build up from not running. Thanks for looking and please contact me with any questions or requests for more detailed pictures.
