This caprice is a one owner car. The Lady who originally bought it new ended up losing her first husband and ended up remarrying in 1987. She reregistered the car with 16k miles on it. The couple drove the car to the current 25,000 miles. They sold the car to me because she really could not drive any longer and the husband just turned in his driver license due to his eyesight deteriorating. This car has been sitting in a heated garage in La crescent MN for the last 4 years and was started monthly.

This is a "all original Survivor" The factory A/C STILL WORKS and blows cold! The paint is original except from what I was told, the trunk deck ,as it was repainted about 8 years ago due to some scratches from sliding a cardboard box across it. The headliner is like new. I have many pics and a video of all of the outside and inside cosmetics to show how this car has survived and overall condition of it, please make sure to check them out. The car shifts and drives great. all of the guages work as far as I can see but the gas guage is sticky as it comes and goes. All I have done to this Caprice after pulling it out of the garage is check the basic fluids etc, give it a good wash, and do the pics and video. I really want to show how well it has survived!

The radiator shroud says it has a 402-400 4 bbl and it runs good with plenty of power. This car will make you very proud showing it in car shows winning survivor categories! Use this in your car club for a cruise or just have fun with this rare beauty driving it here and there.

Deposit: a 500 dollar non refundable deposit must be paid by paypal or wire transfer within 24 hours of auction end. Items will not be available for pickup or shipping until full payment is received and cleared by our local bank. Buyer has 7 days to pay in full either by bank wire transfer, mailing check, or cash in person. Customer has 30 days from end of sale to pick up or make arrangments with me to have the vehicle stored. All items are sold AS IS with no warranty of any kind unless specified in the ad. We reserve the right to remove any listing due to on site sales. We also require that bidders internationally or with feedback score of zero contact us. Fee and Tax Information:

Customer pays sales tax and registration in the state they are from, we do not collect it. The deposit is non refundable, by backing out of the deal, you willingly forfeit the deposit. If no contact is made within 24 hours, we reserve the right to relist the vehicle, sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder, or sell it otherwise. please remember you are bidding on a used vehicle and must understand that there will be normal wear and tear on the vehicle. We do our best to show you every fault we can find but somethings things may go unseen to us. A 20 dollar per a day storage fee will be added to the final price if the vehicle is not picked up within 30 days of the auction end as that is what it cost me to store the vehicles. please contact me if you need more than 30 days prior to bidding.
