This is a great 2003 TDI Automatic Wagon with all options working the way they are supposed to work. This is a one owner car before I bought it a year ago. This is NOT a grey marketed car with milage in Kilometer but actually made for USA. The car is being sold by private seller with NO Document Fees or Dealer Fees----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------**** The car has been fully serviced a month ago for over $1000 with: - New Timing Belt (good for 90,000 miles) - New Water Pump - New Rollers and Tensioners - New Oil (5/W40 Castrol Synthetic) and Filter (good for 5,000 miles) - New Coolant for the Radiator - Brand New Battery with 850 CCA (Cold Cranking Amps), makes the TDI start very quickly--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------2003 TDI 1.9L ENGINE / TURBO and TRANSMISSION The engine has very low miles only 9,500 miles per year (128K total miles).Last month, I drove this car from Tuscon, AZ to San Antonio, TX (847 miles) in 15 continuous hours with just a single pit stop for diesel. This was a true real world test for the engine and transmission for long distance stress driving. This car performed extremely well, did not loose any power and had no issues going over steep hills. **** During this long drive I got 44 MPG with the cruise control set at 72 MPH ****The Engine Runs VERY Strong and has a lot of torque to pull away.The turbo kicks in immediately without any lag.Engine is very clean see the pictures provided.The transmission shifts seamlessly from 1st gear to the 4th gear. THE 1.9 TDI engine and turbo and transmission is running just like it should.THE TIMING BELT is BRAND NEW and good for 90,000 miles with a new water pumpThere are no noises from the engine and transmission.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------SUSPENSION & BRAKINGThe 4 shocks are absolutely great and a pleasure to drive, .. simply a pure German handling experience. The car handles very precisely and you can make an inch on the road, even at highway speeds.The tires are in great condition with about 75% tread left on them.Taking hands off steering wheel at 70MPH it drives straight as an arrow.The brakes, both front and rear are in very good condition and provide a lot of stopping power.*** There are no noises from the body or suspension---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- THE INTERIOR It has velour grey patterend Soft Seats,They are in Great CONDITION !! There are NO TEARS. The interior is in great conditon for the year of the car (see Pictures). The dashboard is without any cracks and looks like it is just a few years old. The 4 door Panels, Carpt are alos in great condition Very very clean The 4 power windows and their lock work perfectly. The factory installed Sunroof / Moonroof is working perfectly.It has an upgraded Monsoon stereo system with CD and Cassette.The car comes with a remote key.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------EXTERIORThe car has original paint in good condition.
