Pretty nice little 2001 Honda Insight with a recent new hybrid battery still under warranty. Gets normally 60+mpg per gallon! Even more on long trips! Oil has been changed regularly and tires rotated. Present tires have about 15K on them and I'm including 4 NEW additional tires. Uses no oil between changes. I have taken this little rig on long trips several times. All lights have been converted to LED. The previous owner of this vehicle was a popular user on InsightCentral.com and I purchased it from him. The engine runs well and has had no issues in the time I've own it. If your familiar with these engines they have mechanical lifters which chatter when cold then quiet down to nothing when warm. I just don't want any surprises to potential purchasers. Clutch was replaced around 100K and is still in excellent shape. All gears work great on the transmission and the syncros are in good condition with no grinding when shifting. Paint is in fair shape, but not to bad for a 15 year old car. Please look at pictures carefully. I'll be happy to take it to a local shipper or drive to meet the new purchaser within a reasonable distance. On Jul-19-16 at 18:34:32 PDT, seller added the following information: I forgot to add that the Insight has fully tinted windows, except for the windshield. The license plates that are on the car are personalized plates. I need them for my other vehicle. However I will go to DMV and purchase a temporary so the new owner will be able to drive the vehicle until it gets transferred. It was purchased at Bumble Bee Batteries in Portland Oregon (nice guys) and has the new cells with 25 percent more capacity than the original.
