Vehicle Detail
The reason for the 50% positive feedback score is because I would not sell the car to a man in Wisconsin because I was having trouble getting the title and he could not follow instructions. So I got tired of messing with him. I advised that if I had to go through the hassle of getting the title then I would make the money off the car for doing it. If that wasn't bad enough then he tried to bully me out of the car and then when that didn't work he threatened to sue me so please beware of that buyer because if he doesn't get what he wants he will threaten to sue you. I now have the title and am selling the car for what it is worth. p.s Very little needed to make show. Please don't be scared to purchase car due to that buyer's report. This is the final time that I am going to try and sell this car on Ebay. 1968 Satellite clone roadrunner. Car has been inherited from father and step mother 8 years ago. The title is clear in hand. The oil dipstick does need to be replaced, but I have all receipts of parts that have been added to the car. Parts include receipts for: New fiberglass roadrunner hood, New bumpers, New rear frame rails, trunk pan, new rear quarters on both sides, new marker lights, all new interior: carpet, headliner, and seats. 440 hood emblems, new door emblems and decals, door handles, name plates, gas tank, gas lines from front to back, complete new brake system from front to back, 530 lift cam, aluminum intake, 373 gears, new door panels: not cheap ones, new back window deck, and $1900 TA radio rim and tires with receipts, Never been in weather. Car had been in a heated garage for 8 years and started once a month. Father located it at an estate sale in Bloomington IL that sat in a barn for over 15 years. All parts have been installed and car is completely drivable. Also has 3000 stall converter with ship kit. 750 dual line holly. Aluminum radiator and new battery. Runs and drives very well. Pictures will speak for themselves so check them out closely. Put 373 gears in a month ago and did not get it set right so rear end does howl a little bit, but just needs an adjustment. This car has been a part of the family for 20+ years. I do reserve the right to postpone ad at any time because car is for sale locally as well. Top bidder will take the car. Overall it is a very nice car and a little TLC will be perfect for an everyday driver. A/C does work but need to put condenser back on that is in the trunk and recharge it. The car does have shorty headers and dual exhaust with flow masters. Took the later bars off but they do come with the car. Be sure to look everything over good because the car will be sold as is and where is. If you bid on it you own it. It is a very nice looking car. It does drive as nice as it looks. Can call 815-540-0840 or leave message at 815-519-6360 for serious inquires only. Willing to store car for 30 days after purchase. Possible delivery if price is right and not too far. It is kind of dark in my garage so I have done the best with the lighting and space. I also added a picture of the block numbers. Do not know for sure but was told that is a '68 commando 440. Feel free to run check and find out for yourself. I do know for sure that it is not a motor home 440. Thanks for your time and happy bidding. All gauge lights are red.
