1994 S420 "Helmut" W140 for sale to part out or bring back too life:Information about the car in random order: The body is good, windows all workAC works, coldTrans has no reverse to speak of, it will back up on level ground, Interior is cleanTires and brakes are fineSunroof has issues Wheel spacers mounted for a wider wheel base Glass and chrome pretty nice reallyLots of other new parts over the yearsRemote not working batteries drain down quicklySlight dent in driver's side rear door, luggage cart hit it at a car show Drives but not running smoothly at low RPM's. Here's more of what's good: Body, glass, wheels and tires, interior, wiring harness (upper and lower new), alternator new, starter too, ant. and radio work, spare and jack are there, under the hood is complete, front cover is from a '95 Mercedes, leather's pretty good for the year and miles, wiper motor repaired and nice blades, newer radiator added 2 months ago. Take it and bring it back to life or part it out, we live in a gated community and I can't work on it here and have bought the same year with low, low miles and the M119 motor sothis car has to go. The Sumitomo tires are very good exceptone which has about 30%; Let's see whatelse: You'll need to replace the breather hoses on the engine as they are original and hard and break easily. I replaced the cam oilers on the right bank of cylinders so the engine was perfect until recently, the miss started before we moved to Florida a month ago. Upper and lower hoses are new within a year; I replaced so many things on Helmut over the years.
