Vehicle Detail
1962 Morris Minor Traveller. This is a good running, almost rust free, Traveller. It starts easily, runs good, stops and steers properly, and shifts smoothly. I have a clear title in my name. All of the lights work properly - including the turn indicators. All of the glass is good and the windows roll up and down. The wipers and horn work. The tires are a mix of brands, but in decent shape. It comes with an original Shop Manual and a new owner's manual. I will gladly assist the shipper you select in shipping the Traveller anywhere in the world. The traveller is a "right hand drive" car and came from New Zealand. It spent a few years in Florida before coming to Utah. It appears to have never been driven on a snowy, salty, road. It has solid floors through out the car. The fenders and inner fenders are in excellent shape. There is a minor chip in the paint on the passenger's side which has surface rust. There are no rust holes or problems of that nature in the entire car. Please look closely at all of the photos. It has a new radiator, water pump, and thermostat. It had dirty gas and the cooling system was completely redone before I started the Traveler. I want the new owner to know exactly what they are getting. With this in mind, I will nit-pick the areas that need attention. 1. The yellow paint job was not done professionally. The original color is an off white. 2. The interior is complete and serviceable, but has different colors. The original back seat has the original material on it as do the door panels. The two front seats have different colored material. 3. The wood is weathered, but not rotten. From the dry climates, the wood is dry and gray - kind of like barn wood. With a little sanding and varnish, the wood should look very good. Again, please look closely at all of the photos, and if you have any questions, don't hesitate to give me a call. My name is Bob and my phone number is (801) 745-5835. I'm not a car dealer. I'm a retired teacher and an old car nut. This is a good running Traveller that gets positive comments, but it is not a restored show car. If you have less than five (5) positive feedbacks on Ebay, please message me or give me a call before bidding. I have over 900 positive feedbacks on Ebay and I want this to be a good, Straightforward, auction.
