This 1975 GMC 1/2 ton 6 cyl fenderside (stepside) shortbox pick up truck comes with the original build sheet, warranty papers and owners manual from the original owner along with the orignal GMC 1975 broshures they used to promote this truck. He ordered this truck to use as a light duty camper. In the pics you will see the aluminum topper that was on the truck and was used as his camper. The topper is included in the sale if you want it. He belonged to good sam camping club and he and his wife would sleep in the back on this truck with a air matress while touring with the club. This has a locking differential rear axel with 3.73 ratio. It has the L6 250 cubic inch 6 cylinder. It has the turbo hydramatic auto transmission. Veriable power ratio steering. It has the guage package from factory. The factory color is crimson red with red vinyl interior. This truck has a optional in the bed extra gas tank special ordered. The previous owner had a collection of rare birds and to honor that, he converted the back up beeping signal to include birds tweeting when in reverse (see video) We left the bird on the dash as part of the patina. This truck has had one repaint and it looks really good in my opinion. The original wood in the box looks great due to the truck always having the topper on it and it has always had the green outdoor type carpet in the bed. The truck drives with no issues I can detect. I had it up to 60 mph and it ran and drove like it should. This will make someone a very nice daily driver, car club truck, or car show truck etc with out tieing up alot of money. It comes with a fresh clean title ready for you to register. See the pictures and watch the video of this truck to get accurate guage of what this truck is! The plates and dice do not go with the truck as they are part of my personal collection.
