Up for sale is my 1969 Firebird 400. This is an original factory 400 4-speed car. The car has had a modest restomod that suits it perfectly and gives it a great stance. She sits on a set of Boyd Coddington Retro rims that look fabulous. The after market gauges and wood steering wheel really set off the the interior. You can't take this car anywhere without drawing a crowd!. She starts the first turn of the key every time and the a/c blows cold. I'm selling this without reserve as I need to make room in my garage, so serious bidders only please. For those of you asking me is this is a numbers matching car, I've been able to find the following stampings: On the block towards the driver side windshield is D099 which translates into manufactured April 9th 1969; on the front passenger side of the block are the numbers 664521 over the letters WZ, I'm not sure about the numbers but WZ indicates the block is a 1969 Firebird 400 engine with 330 horse power; I know there is another stamp somewhere by the transmission that would help determine if it's not matching but I can't find it. So what we do know is that this is and original factory 400 4-speed manual car with a 1969 Firebird 400 engine. There is north of $50k invested in this car, so whoever is lucky enough to get it is getting a steal. Mileage listed is mileage after rebuild. Good luck bidding.
