We want you to be happy and satisfied with your automobile.                                   TERMS OF SALE         Auction Close:         Successful "winning" bidder must contact seller within 24 hours after the auction has ended to verify purchase submit a deposit of a $1000.00 and make arrangements to complete the transaction.                     Within (3) business days of the end of auction, full payment must be received either by cashiers-check, approved bank draft, or bank to bank wire transfer. If funds are not received, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-serve basis.         Vehicle Transportation:                       Congers Auto Sales and Leasing values your business! We want you to be completely satisfied with your online automotive experience from purchase to delivery. However, Congers Auto Sales and Leasing will not be responsible for shipping arranged independently by buyer.  All shipping charges are the "Buyer's" responsibility.  We do offer shipping arrangements and will find you the best price on the market if shipping is conducted through our internal broker. We work with almost 450 carriers all over including worldwide. All of our Licensed "Carriers" are generally insured for $500,000.  We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom.  All shipping arrangements provided by us protected and bonded by carrier.           Payment:   Congers Auto Sales and Leasing accepts cashiers’ checks, certified funds, or bank to bank wire transfer. (we dont accept paypal as payment or deposits) We do not offer financing. If you are planning to go through a financial instution please note that they meet ETA in accordance to our terms of sale to complete the transaction within (3) business days after auction closes.     All buyers pay a $199 documentation fee. All buyers will be charged applicable sales tax, DMV fees and registration fees for State the vehicle will be registered in.  New Jersey Residents pay 7% Sales Tax and Registration Fees. Out of State buyer may register and pay applicable taxes in their home state.   Warranty:   Many of our vehicles include a Pre-Owned Limited Warranty at no cost.  This is a  Year/100,000 mile limited warranty.  Please ask us for any details.  Some vehicles will have factory warranty remaining (will be stated in our description). Some vehicles may qualify for warranties at additional costs(call for details) All cars come with one master key unless otherwise stated. This truck runs and drives excellent with no issues. We are not sure as to why th vehicle was a buy back in 2015 however whatever the issues may have been they have been resolved simply because the vehicle runs and drives perfect with no problems. All the electrical components have been checked by our GM specialists. Our service department diagnosed the truck insude and out to check for any potential issues and we have found none. The factory warranty has been voided however we will extend a personal warranty to the winning bidder for 2 yrs or 12,000 miles which ever comes first. In addition the title will have a remark noted as a lemon simply because it was a buy back, the truck is not a SALVAGE nor is it going to be sold as rebuilt or Salvage. This is a clear title truck with indication of LEMON on title. Exterior of the vehicle is excellent as well as the interior as you can see on the photos.
