This truck has been in my family since 1970. It is basically an original truck with a few minor exceptions. I converted the voltage to 12 V to make it easier to start. I believe one of the bumpers is from a 1938 pickup. This truck runs and drives, however I have not used it as a daily driver for years. The brakes have recently been gone through. It has a new battery. The front glass and rear glass is in good shape. But both door windows need to be replaced. In addition the wood in the back of the bed needs to be replaced. The paint is from the 1980s and needs to be redone along with some minor bodywork. There is some minor rust on the bottom door panels but nothing that cannot be fixed. I have a new headliner and kick panels for it. They need to be installed. Also have a new battery cage/rack for it. Plus, the glove box was recently changed out. I also have some original 1937 license plates that go with it. This truck needs new tires and wheels. Finally occasionally when starting there is a grinding noise possibly due to a flat spot on the fly wheel - usually will start though without it being an issue. I drove this truck around the block today. It will be a great project for someone either to restore to original condition or to make a cool daily driver with upgrades . Please ask any questions before bidding. The reserve is set at $8,500. Note: mileage is probably not correct but could be. It's pretty much been in storage for 30 years.
