The black stuff you see is left over undercoating material I used to protect the frame and floorboard. It came with the chome plated body panels. Took them off, they tend to hold moisture. The frame and floors are straight and clean. Hasn't been driven in deep snow, just wanted to protect from moisture. I added the chrome mirrors. I drive my son 3 year old around in this car.
