I bought the car at an estate sale. It had been sitting, I began getting it roadworthy. With a new battery and fresh gas the engine turned over with some coaxing and once we changed the master cylinder for the brakes I was able to drive it a bit. It runs but bogs down in acceleration; the carburetor may need cleaning or replacing. The windows, including the small rear quarter windows work as well as the moonroof and the power seats move slowly. It seems solid overall, a good candidate for daily driver. It was an estate sale and is being sold with a bill of sale and a previous registration. It will need an igintion cylinder and a trunk key, the trunk does open with the button on the glove box. It's a rare car and the interior is actually in very good shape under the dirt, no rips or open seams in the leather. The headlight doors do come down once the engine is running. I reserve the right to end the auction early as the Lincoln is for sale locally and I'm open to reasonable buy it now offers as well. The rear has a heavy duty tow hitch with a plug for brake and directional lights as well as adjustable air shocks. The power moonroof, power quarter windows, main windows, power seats and headlight doors work properly. The floors and trunk are solid The color matched aluminum turbine style wheels will be reinstalled before pickup. The brakes feel a bit low, might need a master cylinder and the gas tank will drip if filled fully. The a/c compressor turns on and there is still some old style freon in the system, it blows cool. Recent work includes radiator, valve cover gaskets, water pump and alternator. All reasonable offers considered.
