About two years ago I sold my 2003 Marauder that was Eaton Swapped and have been kicking myself ever since. I almost immediately starting looking for another one. I wanted to find one that needed a motor so I could build one they way I wanted with few compromises. In September of last year I bought this one with about 190K on it. My plan was to drive it while I built a motor for it. It leaked a lot of oil and made some nasty cold start rattle but I didn’t care too much because I was building a motor. I drove daily for about 2000 miles. It drives great. Suspension is tight and the trans shifts good. Still has the air rear suspension that works good. One morning after starting it the rattle lasted longer than normal and it died. I think one of the timing chains jumped a couple of teeth because when it cranks over it sounds like it has a couple of dead holes. When it does start it runs very rough and doesn't sound good. It runs good enough to drive on a trailor but that's about it. That was in October. It's now April and I haven't touched it. A recent change at work has taken a lot of my free time so I need to move on. The Good: Oregon Car so no rust. The Body is pretty good shape. I’d say better than average. Some scratches here and there but respectable. The interior looks good. Good Tires Wheels look good with minor curb rash on one wheel The Bad Needs and Engine Airbag lt is on Somebody scratched the word Ugly in the trunk lid. Its about the size of my thumb.
