Here is your chance to get into a very well maintained and optioned 6-speed 996 Turbo coupe. It is a classic Porsche color combination of Arctic Silver over Black interior in full leather. This car has been a personal car of Shawn Cudnik (one of Powertech Select Motorcars' partners) since he bought it in late 2011 when it had 55k miles on it. This is a moderately optioned car with key features such as heated seats, supple leather and headrests with Porsche crests, along with all the turbo standard items (full leather, Alcantara headliner, CD changer, etc.) However it is nicely modified (mostly by a previous owner) and has the following aftermarket performance items: - Headers - 997TT clutch - ECU flash (hits .9 to 1.0 bar of boost) - H&R coil over suspension - Slotted front rotors - 997 shifter - Billet diverter valve - EVOMS air intake In addition, it has some nice aesthetic modifications that separates it from the other 996's out there: - 19" Champion wheels - Arctic silver painted center console - Arctic silver painted HVAC/radio surround - Arctic silver painted gauge surround - Aluminum dials - Carbon fiber steering wheel (with NO cracks!) - Carbon fiber e-brake and shifter knob - Carbon fiber door sill plates - Carbon fiber door handle covers - CD stereo with Bluetooth and USB input - Fire extinguisher mounted to passenger seat. The interior upgrades make it look much nicer than the typical 996 interior. Powertech has serviced this car for the past four plus years and we have all records from Shawn's ownership. Here is some notable maintenance items: 55k miles (Jan 2012): Front CV joints and boots, front wheel hubs replaced and bearing, alignment, differential gear oil replaced 56k miles (June 2012): Accelerator pedal sensor, tie rod end, Billet Diverter valve, steering rack boot 58k miles (March 2013): 60k services plus coolant tube welded - Coolant pipes welded, 6 new ignition coils and spark plugs, oil change, pollen filter change, brake fluid change, new fuel filter, updated coolant reservoir tank, replaced drive belt, flushed coolant, replaced idler pully bearing (over $6,600 service) Since then there have been the regular changing of fluids (brake, oil), etc. Cosmetically, it is in good to better shape as other 996 TT's with this mileage. The front bumper cover was just resprayed (due to chips/clearcoat peeling), the headlights have been refinished and a new front lip spoiler has been installed. It has some scratches, but no dings and no curb rash on the wheels. The rear tires were replaced this past fall (less than 2k miles ago) and the fronts will be replaced prior to delivery. New brake pads have just been installed all around. From a maintenance perspective, it is fully ready to go. The negatives: Rear spoiler no longer operable (common 996TT issue), there are a couple of large scratches on driver C pillar, brake caliper clear coat mostly gone and leather dash is ruffled/pulling in center. Overall this is a very well maintained, lightly modified 996TT that looks and drives great. As mentioned earlier, it has had the coolant tubes welded, which is an issue from the factory on ALL 996 Turbos and is an expensive fix. This one has it done! Clean Carfax.
