This is a 1962 Chevrolet Impala SS, a true matching numbers car. I am selling this car because I do not have enough time to complete this project. THE CAR DASH SHOWS ONLY 28,000 MILES!!! THE CAR WAS STORED IN A BARN SINCE 1972 (1972 LICENSE PLATE INCLUDED). This is a PROJECT car. The engine is a fresh rebuild ready to go. It is a 327 with a performance cam. It was bored 40 over and has 202 valves double hump heads. The transmission is a manual three speed on the column. I started the metal work by replacing both inner and outer rocker panels and the drivers side rear panel. The floors have been removed and new floor pans are fitted. All original glass is in excellent condition. The interior has front bucket seats and a rear bench seat. Also included are 4 SS hubcaps.
