For sale is a Classic 1990 Volvo 240 DL "Brick". The original, Swedish engine runs smoothly, starts right up, and burns no oil. The transmission is also the original Sweden-manufactured unit. The body is in nice shape (gleaming, no visible rust, see photos). The car has been amazingly reliable: I never once got stuck since I bought it in February, 2005! The AC needs to be updated for the newer freons. The front seats show some wear. I have all repair and maintainance records for the car since I purchased it (and some records from the previous owner); it has been maintained with the goal of becoming a "million mile club" member. There were two owners prior to me and the car has never been in any (reported) accidents or floods. I would still be driving it if I did not need an SUV (Volvo XC90) for work.
