for sale by owner, 2004 Jeep TJ Rubicon, I just recently purchased this Jeep Rubicon to build a off road Vehicle. But before i start, i am offering it to sell. If it don't sell sell for my offering price, i will continue with my plan. I purchase the Rubicon from the original owner (A title). She used the Rubicon for an every day driver from new in 2004 to 2015. The Rubicon is in stock condition with only minor changes. The tires and the rear seat. This Rubicon will make a nice project for any Jeep/off road enthusiast. The Jeep is in unmolested condition. This Rubicon has normal wear and tear for the year and miles, the shocks need replaced at some point. But let get serious, This Jeep Rubicon is screaming lift kit! Ties! and more. But, if you wanted, you could drive this Rubicon down any street just the way it is. Starts right up (new Battery) sound good. no exhaust issues or motor noises. The automatic transmission shifts smooth with no issues that i can see or hear. The Brakes work fine, but while in reverse the rear brakes make a little scrapping sound. It sound as if the the brake rotters may have a little rust on them from sitting for a year. I'm sure based on my experience that will go away from driving. If not, new brakes and rotters are always a easy fix and probably a good idea for a weekend project just for peace of mind. The interior is about normal for the year and miles. The driver side seat has rips in it, both front seats have covers over the vinyl seat. as i said earlier, the rear is not original. The original owner's copilot was a white haired dog, evident even after a hour with my shop vac trying to remove the hair. As you can see in the picture, This jeep Rubicon comes with a hard top and full doors. The Jeep has the normal rust spots that the jeep TJ's get. No rust holes. The frame is solid. all functions work properly. The rear door is stiff to open. Mean while, i have some wd40 sprayed on the hinges trying to free it up some. it will open if need be. The title is clear and in hand with no bank leans.
