Honda CRF450 Flat Tracker From the estate of aerospace engineer & club racer David Molitor, known for the careful preparation and meticulous care of his racing bikes. In road racing, Molitor was a regular at Willow Springs Motorcycle Club events -- both track days & races -- where he placed well in the Formula 50 class, even winning on occasion. Remembering his friend in a Roadracing World obituary, Jeremy Toye said of Molitor, "He would show up with an R1 and an FZR1000, and both of them were the cleanest bikes out there, hands down. The FZR looked like it rolled off a showroom floor." Molitor's dirt trackers were equally well prepared, as shown in these recent photos of his C&J-framed Honda CRF450, raced with the Southern California Flat Track Association. Bike is immaculate, a strong runner in race-ready condition. The tuned engine is low time; the handlebar-mounted timer shows 18 hours.
