THERE IS NO RESERVE ON THIS VEHICLE. I am moving and the car is not coming with me due limited parking options. I am the 2nd owner and purchased the car at 28k miles back in 2008. This car is mechanically perfect 10 of 10. The roof is near perfect 9.5 of 10. The exterior body is near perfect 9 of 10. The interior has a small but noticeable 6 inch rip on the driver seat. The rear right passenger seat has some discoloration from the previous owner's baby seat 5 of 10. (the red interior with the charcoal grey exterior still looks amazing) This car is a passion project of mine and I paid dearly to make the car near perfect. I accomplished my goal with the mechanics and the exterior however "my wife" lost patience with my project and I stopped short with the interior. Hopefully whoever the next lucky owner of this amazing car will continue where I left off and fix the flaws on the interior of the car which really are not that bad. Anyone that knows about the e46s knows that the 2004 is the best model year and they know how expensive they can be to maintain which is why they continue to be one of the best bargains in the resale market. HOWEVER I have already gone through the pain of restoring this car's mechanicals to near perfection and I have the service records to prove it. The Michilin super sports are also near new. These tires are $400 each as a starter. Beyond that I have service records that show over $20k in mechanical and cosmetic repairs and upkeep over the last 15k miles. I SPARED NO EXPENSE IN RESTORING THIS CAR. If you live near or are able to visit the San Francisco area you are welcome to come and test drive / inspect the car. Some additional repairs include the BMW installed Takata airbag recall performed by BMW of San Rafael. Replaced catalytic converter at 47k miles (still under warranty) performed by Palo Alto Bimmer. There are two DINAN upgrades performed at the DINAN shop in Mt View CA. This is a short shift and the ECU upgrade. I could not be happier with both upgrades that delivers greater smooth power and precise notchy shifting. This car has a clean title and I own the car outright.
