1955 Buick Special 4dr Hard Top. There is NO Title for this car. The Quarter panel and small section of the rockers need fixed,the hood is in fair shape.Interior need's replaced. The ignition switch has a bad connection. The engine turns over,I’ve had a battery in it and starter turns the engine over. I am providing a spare truck lid for the car,the trunk lid is off of a 56 Buick. Brakes don’t work.
