This is a 1972 Honda CT70H K1. It comes with a clear Ohio title that states it is a 1973, but according to Honda it is a 1972. Date of manufacture on neck tube tag is 2/72. Everything on this bike is original with the exception of the seat, tail light assembly, and buddy pegs. The seat is a brand new reproduction as is the tail light assembly. The buddy pegs are aftermarket and brand new. All the red paint is original. Some of the components have been repainted such as the headlight ears, chain guard, etc. They are however original equipment. Engine starts up on the first or second kick, and runs great. The bike shifts through all 4 gears smoothly, and rides straight. The whole electrical system is intact and works properly. Brakes are good and function as intended. The handlebars even fold down easily which is often times not the case. Helmet holder works also. Frame number is CT70H-2016418. Engine number is CT70HE-216576. Paint and chrome are in pretty good condition for the bike's age. Tires are original Bridgestone Trail Wings and still have lots of meat on them. There are some dents and some rust as shown in pics.
