Vehicle Detail
Build on this was just under 65,000 in 2002. I am listing as my kid just enlisted in the Air Force and I can finally downsize a little on my hunting / fishing rig; just me and the dog now! BUY IT NOW PRICE IS 500 UNDER THE LOCAL LISTED PRICE, TO REFLECT A CREDIT I AM ALLOWING FOR YOUR TRIP TO PICK IT UP. It is listed subject to prior local sale. Van will likely not be detailed because we use it frequently. I'll give the lucky winner 100 cash to clean it up for the drive home! Beautiful van inside and out. Van was an 'upfitter' cargo special order from Ford, sent to Quigley and built up like an F250 Super Duty, delivered straight to Waldoch here in MN for a light custom interior build. I have pics of the build and beautiful, tasteful custom paint being done at Waldoch. All pro maintenance since new. Synthetic oil only. Van was spec'd in special order with 4 Flexsteel RV seats. Rear 2 pop out in 30 seconds, and the entire carpeted and paneled rear is open!! NO REAR BENCH, on purpose. Great Motorsport, family ski trip, towing, hunting fishing rig - I use it for all of the above. I have kept seat covers and spare carpeting on all the time. The interior panels, window shades, seats and armrests are like new. Dash, doghouse and trim great. All equipment is Dana or Ford, can be serviced anywhere. Front and rear hitch. Beautiful chrome rear bumper. Custom stereo. Cruise, of course. Remote starter. Block Heater! Rear heat / air / lighting. Trailer brakes. $2k custom straight exhaust and upgraded big brakes in addition to a ordinary Quigley build - brought the Quigley price to about 18k. Strong 5.4l V8 gets very good mileage for what it is, 15+ at 55 on cruise, mountains or flatlands, and 12.5 in town. exactly. always. I have done complete plugs and coils; intake / MAS / Throttle checkups and optimization. Records available and needs nothing. Burns or leaks nothing, starts instantly. Nice upgrade big alloys all around with top grade Michelins, about 15 - 20k on them, rotated twice. The chrome hub trim rings have rusted lightly; easy cleanup or cheap replacement, which I would personally do if I kept it. Otherwise the wheels look great. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO RUST ANYWHERE. EXTERIOR IS PERFECT. INTERIOR IS OUTSTANDING, PERHAPS A SMUDGE HERE OR THERE. Check out that bumper. Paint just gleams. This rig is 7' 4.5" tall. If I could fit it in the garage, I would keep it. A big reason I am selling is because the finish is so nice now I hate to subject it to the weather indefinitely. My buddy made me a great deal on his wife's 4runner and I am looking forward to being able to get my fun rig into the garage. Price is firm but I will discount 100 as a detailing cost credit. Got my arm in a sling and I don't want to clean it up. I am driving it all the time in addition to all my other toys, so sometimes it is clean, sometimes not so much. VIN has been corrected, had a wrong pic of the VIN from my kids college car - sorry!
