The Restoration process begins by using a uncut rust free ALL ORIGINAL METAL PANELS FJ40 No aftermarket  panels was use on this build We begin by disassembling the FJ40's body. The hard top was removed and Dismantled all body attachments inside and out where removed from the body - Including doors, hood, fenders, hinges, roll bar, seats, bumpers, all attachments,  etc. After disassembling, 108 individual parts we hand sanded every part to perfection then treated With self-etching primer for the ultimate rust protection . Each part was hand sanded And apply a coat of primer 4  times before painting to assure the ultimate smooth finish. All body parts where Individually painted before reassembly cover by 3 coats of base and 3 coats of clear coat to have a nice smooth finish The factory acrylic enamel paint for a factory superior finish was use. Roll bar, seat Frames, is repainted as well as the entire interior. Center console, instrument panel, Glove box door, ashtray, air filter housing, Hood hooks, gas line cover are individually restore , Emblems where replaced with new. Turn signals where replaced with new. Top and front grill was refinished to new condition. The FJ40 interior received new seat upholstery, new seals around doors. Dash pull Knobs are all refinished as well as rear heater is bead blasted and refinished.   Hardware: All nuts/bolts and much of the FJ40 hardware is brand new to give its original Factory. Finished interior looks and smells brand new This is a complete Land Cruiser 2-F engine gasket are replace top to bottom Details of Motor: Under the hood appearance is always impressive. Valve cover and air cleaner are bead blasted and painted. . Many other steps are taken to make our FJ40s a "Show Off" under the hood.
