I am selling my 1978 Corvette Silver Anniversary Edition. It has 82,703 miles on it and is mostly factory original, the only modification is a set of headers and an open air cleaner. The motor is the L82 and I believe is the factory motor and transmission. The car is 38 years old and still in need of some TLC, but is a great driver as is. Mechanically the car is in great condition, the headlight buckets even raise under their own vacuum power albeit slow, that being said it is not perfect, again 38 years old and not fully restored. The bird cage, body, and frame are solid. I have about $6500 invested so far into this car including the tires that have about 3000 miles on them. I have to let it go because I need cash for the tax man. I would like to get my money back out of it, but a this is no reserve auction so I get what I get. This is was my dream car and my sacrifice is your gain. I am offering this car locally so I reserve the right to end the auction if it sells herelocally first.
