Up for sale is my 1979 Honda Z50J JDM Monkey Bike. Here is a chance to own a rare Imported Monkey in the USA. This bike is complete and has been partially restored. I had the frame and swing arm powder coated the correct color of black, and the wheels and covers were powder coated silver. It runs good and seems to function well. Just bought a brand new NOS headlight lens, taillight lens, fenders, foot pegs, mirror, chain guard, and a few other parts. Also put an exact copy seat cover on it since the originals are not available anymore. Has the original Tool box and tool kit. There is some rust and pitting on the exhaust guard, and the luggage rack. The engine has not been opened up at all, it is original and un-restored. The tank and forks are in original condition, with original paint. The side cover is also original. The tank may need to be lined at some point. I really don't want to get rid of this because I have always wanted one and I don't know if I will ever find another 1979 in the States, but Nursing school is expensive and my tuition needs to be paid. Please ask me questions before you bid or buy. This is a collectors item, however it is not in perfect condition. I will be glad to post any more pictures you would like to see. It is sold with the understanding that there is still some minor restoration that needs to be done. You will most likely not find another bike like this in the USA. There is NO TITLE due to the fact that this bike was never imported to the USA. I can dismantle the bike and ship for around $100. If I dismantle the bike, You accept responsibility for reassembling the bike, and I cannot be responsible for any problems due to reassembly. If you want the bike shipped whole it will be through U-Ship and will cost between $200-$400 in my experience. I will be glad to help in any way with shipping.
