1974 Honda CB450 road bike. This bike has been parked in the garage for many years and now, it seems the engine won't kick over. I think it just needs some oil put into the cylinders and then let it sit for a while cause it always used to run fine. I lost the title many years ago and cannot get a new one....sorry.
