Classic 1971 C-10 pickups turns heads everywhere it goes here in Austin, Texas. Medium metallic green with white cab cap. Straight and rust free long bed frame-on restored approx four years ago - new paint, chrome trim, bumpers, wheels, 350 motor, th400 automatic transmission, new Edelbrock carb, quick ratio steering box, dual pipe exhaust, 12 bolt rear end, new hood mounts and springs, spray-in bed liner, new interior surfaces, seat cover, and wood steering wheel, three point seat belts. Modern stereo with classic facade. Factory AC intact but needs belt adjustment. Dash lighting works, gas gauge functional, speedometer is not. Mileage unknown but new engine and transmission approx 4 years old, garage kept and Sunday driven since restoration. Looks, runs, and sounds great. Lots of power and smooth ride for an old pickup. Hate to sell but son is starting to drive and mama says he needs airbags. I've got much more invested than starting price, so someone is going to get a great truck.
