Vehicle Detail
Up for auction is a really strong 1965 Pontiac GTO The Pontiac Historical Society documents show this one as an authentic Tri-Power 389 360 horse power with manual 4 speed transmission. The engine runs great with no smoking or leaks. It has a Mallory ignition. It is not the original block to the engine but the intake, heads, carburetors are original. The block that is there is from a 1966 389 GTO. The rest of the drive train is original to the car. Tires and brakes are good. We have another 1966 WS block with crank and pistons that will come with the car. The body is very straight. The color is night watch blue with a parchment interior. The floors and trunk are solid clean and nice. The bright work is straight and shines well. The glass is fine. There is a new trunk mat and tire cover. The original set of hubcaps come with the vehicle as well. The paint is nice but there are a few chips and blemishes. The interior is in really good conditions. Seats, carpet and dash are fine. The headliner and door panels are showing their age. Both are easy to find.If the pictures don’t answer all your questions, please e-mail or call 517 750-7083.
