Up for auction is an incredible time-capsule of a Volvo. We found the car in a garage near Norristown, PA where it hadn't been driven since 1998. The car has 29,900 original miles on it, and the odometer works correctly (no broken gear and lost miles like a lot of 240's). We took the time to drain and clean the gas tank and get the car running properly. The car also has new brakes and tires, and all fluids have been changed. The car has been gone over 100% and it runs and drives beautifully. The car is an automatic. The air conditioning works well in the warm weather, and the heat also works properly. The condition of the car is spectacular. If you have ever wondered what a Volvo 240 was like when it was new, this is it. The factory undercoating is still shiny. The hood and door latches are also shiny, there is no corrosion on this car what-so-ever. I have included as many detailed pictures as I could. I'll let the pictures do the talking.
