A very original car, in excellent condition, in a rare black/red color combination. Last year of the carbureted 308’s, making it the most desirable of the 308 models. Currently has 36,280 original miles and always garaged. A full major service, and belt service, was done at 35,424 miles. Over $20,000 spent on services, repairs, and new parts in the past few years. Runs perfects and shifts perfect. Clutch is very strong, steering is tight. Interior is all original , almost no wear on seats, carpets perfect, includes Ferrari floor mats. Some highlights of the car include: - Brand new set of the original Michelin 205/70VR14 XWX tires, including the spare ($2300). - Targa top in excellent condition. Fit perfectly, no leaks. - In the past few years the car has had new brakes, water pump, master brake cylinder, window motors, alternator, rack & pinion unit, oil pressure gauge, steering column assembly, all five wheels refinished. - Includes the original window sticker. - Includes original tool and jack rolls with all period correct Ferrari tools and jack components. - Includes all original 1979 manuals, documents, manual pouch, and sales brochures. - Includes original 308GTB/GTS spare parts binder. - Service and parts records dating back to February 1980. - Set of two original keys. - Car was repainted about 20 years ago, and is still is very good condition. - Euro bumpers were put on the car when repainted, about the only item not original to the car.
