Getting ready to move into a new place after the first of the year and have to downsize drastically. This truck was purchased as a backup vehicle for my work truck in 2015 and was/is in excellent condition for a 2002. I purchased the truck from a neighbor who was very meticulous with the cleaning and upkeep of the vehicle. He was an office guy who wanted a truck but rarely used it outside of driving it to and from his office job. A local mechanic told the original owner that he needed to 'drive' it. Most of the miles are highway miles and the truck has done very little hauling. It has a rhino lined bed with some wear but in great shape for a truck. Original owner hauled a load of mulch once a year. The interior is in great shape (look at pics) with what I would consider less than normal wear for a truck. Only thing that comes to mind on the interior is the cup holder, if shut, needs to be pulled back open. The paint still shines with normal wear for a used 2002. The plastic bed rail on the rear passenger side of the bed has a spot that was melted by a hot pressure washer exhaust. I found these for $120.00 online but didn't feel it was necessary replacing it. A lot of the stuff in the bed will clean up better. Some of it is soap residue that I didn't get off fully. The check engine light has recently come on. My mechanic recently put on new brake pads and did an oil change. It also had the master window motor replaced. He got the check engine light to go off but didn't make any guarantees (it is currently on). He said it was probably sensors after running a test but wasn't concerned (thought it was due to the age of the truck). I would have to put this truck into a storage unit as my new place only has a 1 car garage. Kind of disappointed getting rid of it but cant justify storing it in the city.
