My father purchased this truck brand new back in 1986 here in Harrisonburg at Dallas holler ford. He drove it for a few years before parking it and getting a new truck. He only drove this one on some weekends. I purchased it from him 4 years ago, and have had some things done to it. It has had a new floor liner, new paint, new brakes, new exhaust, tune up, etc. The truck gets a lot of compliments everywhere you go. Its truly beautiful and in spectacular shape! This truck is more of a family member to me, and I would keep it forever if I wasn't under financial strain. So sadly I must sell it to someone who I hope will cherish like I do. Everything works on the truck including the air conditioning, which has been converted to R134a. Every summer I add a small amount of Freon and it works fine but over the winter it seems to leak out. I cant think of anything this truck would need to be a daily driver, or to be put into a show at that! The roof has faded since the paint job and the hood is showing some age, but the rest of the truck shines like new! You need to see her in person to truly appreciate how good of shape its in.
