Early 1962 3 carburetor model Austin Healey 3000. Car has been sitting inside, on concrete, for the past 30+ years. The car appears to be 100% complete with the original tattered red interior. It even has the original carpet. This MKII has the early sideshift gearbox with OD and has the original "double bent" shifter handle - unique for this year. Sadly it suffers from the typical Healey rust, especially on the left side. The right side looks better and the RH door closes as it did when the car was new. It has the top, tonneau, top frame and even the original sidecurtains. The generator has been removed but is sitting on the driver's seat. The front shroud does not have any collision damage, as far as I can see. Overall the body looks very straight. It was originally a black car with red interior. The windscreen has a crack and the front bumper valance is not there. I have no idea of the condition of the engine or gearbox. The frame looks straight. There is a lot of surface rust on the frame and other parts underneath. We are selling this car, "as is", with no implied warranty. A $1000.00 deposit required at auction's end.
