This car runs and drives and has a lot of NEW parts that were installed in the last 6 months and have less than 100 miles on them. It has new rear tires, new clutch slave cylinder, new clutch master cylinder, new clutch master to slave steel line, new clutch master to brake reservoir line, new fuel pump, new fuel filter, new plugs, new wires, new distributor cap, new coolant sensor, new oil sensor, new shift boot, new center console housing and fresh oil & filter coolant and brake fluid. The car will come with 6 new plugs (bought a pack of 10) new oil filter and 4 quarts of Mobil 1 0-w40 and marching white drivers side fender to replace the dented one from someone backing into it. The car has a couple small rust spots on the hood passenger fender and the drivers rocker when you open the door. With a coat of paint this would be a very nice 944! The dash has the common cracks all lights turn signals wipers work. The odometer works unlike most of these so it's a true 81k! The fuel gauge doesn't work and the headlights don't pop up unless you do it manually. It sat for a long time so cleaning or replacing the relay may do the trick. I don't have the time to finish this car but with a little more work it would be very nice! It needs new hood and trunk struts too ($40 on eBay for both). Car has Koni yellows in the rear and a front strut tower brace. The rear Borbet rims on this are not cheap! Very nice light racing rims. It will eventually need new front tires because they are dry rotted. Car doesn't grind any gears. Shifter is MUCH tighter than any 944 I've driven they usually have a lot of play this one doesn't! The rear seats are unbolted because the previous owner was going to gut it and make it into a SCCA car but never got further than the strut tower brace rear konis and unbolting the rear seats. I will give the winning bidder a 20% discount off the timing belt kit I'm listing if they win both. Car is currently registered and insured in CT in my name and I will deliver up to 80 miles from 06019 with a non refundable $500 deposit. CT does not issue titles for cars this old so it will come with a bill of sale only. Feel free to ask questions or come test drive it!
