Vehicle Detail

I have for sale my 1969 Dodge Charger project car. This car is an original 383 HP, H Code, car that came with an automatic transmission. The car currently does not have a motor or transmission. It is largely complete minus the motor and transmission with the only other notable items missing being a few trim pieces and the gauge cluster. It is a very good project car in need of a full restoration, but it is in very solid shape compared to what most project chargers look like these days. It will need a trunk floor and quarter panel repairs as well as some work around the rear glass but they all do. The floor pans on this charger are very solid with the driver’s foot area having been replaced at some point before I purchased the car. From my inspection, the frame rails are also in great shape. The car does come with a new trunk floor and quarter panels to be installed by the new owner. The car has a clean, clear and current Oklahoma title in my name. I have also taken over 400 pics of this car from just about every angle you could imagine and posted them to my PhotoBucket site. I’ve included a link to the pics below. Everything that comes with the car is included in the pics (excluding the wheels and tires). If it isn’t in the pics, it will not be with the car. The wheels and tires on the car ARE NOT INCLUDED in this auction. It will be sold with mismatched wheels and tires that hold air well enough to load on a trailer. Please, look at all the provided pics at the link below before bidding. The pics are very representative of the cars condition. Please, ask all questions prior to bidding. Thank you. There are an additional 400 pics of the car at the following link: http://s869.photobucket.com/user/sridenour/library/1969%20Dodge%20Charger%20383%20H%20Code PAYMENT INFORMATION: The car is sold as is, no warranty implied or offered. The successful bidder is required to send a $500 nonrefundable deposit within 24 hours of the end of auction via PayPal (other methods may be used if discussed and agreed upon prior to bidding!). If you are not able or willing to meet these criteria, please do not bid until you have discussed options with me. The balance of the auction is due in full within 7 days of the end of the auction. I prefer PayPal (for the deposit ONLY) and an electronic funds transfer for the balance. I will not accept PayPal for payment of the balance except under special circumstances that must be agreed on prior to bidding. I’ll accept other forms of payment such as certified bank check or cashier’s check for the balance, but all funds must clear my bank prior to release of the car. I would like the car picked up within 30 days of the end of the auction. The buyer is solely responsible for arranging the pickup of the car. ZERO (0) FEEDBACK AND NON-U.S. BIDDERS: If you are a zero (0) feedback bidder or a non-U.S. bidder you MUST contact me before bidding. I will cancel the bid of any zero feedback or non-U.S. bidder that does not contact me prior to bidding. I will require any zero feedback or non-U.S. bidder to provide me with a verifiable physical address and contact information prior to bidding. I realize we were all zero feedback bidders at some point, but unfortunately zero feedback bidders are often also non-paying bidders on automobile auctions. BIDDER CONFIDENCE: I strive for the most transparent auction possible. As a bidder, you can be confident that the vehicle you are bidding on is described to the best of my ability. I am always happy to provide any perspective bidder my contact information if they wish to speak directly with me on the telephone about the vehicle. If within driving distance, a perspective bidder is welcome to come see the car in person prior to bidding. I am happy and willing to take any reasonable actions (i.e. additional pictures, telephone conversation, in-person viewing of car prior to conclusion of the auction, etc.) to give the bidder confidence that the vehicle being auctioned is indeed in my possession, for sale, and has been described as accurately as I am able. I will conduct myself in a professional manner throughout the auction process and I will be a prompt communicator via email, telephone or text message.
