Hood paint fainting out Many new parts service done: New water pump and cooling system including Serpentine belt> A/C belt>ALL idler pullies for serpentine and A/C belts>A/C belt hydraulic tensioner (August, 2015) New floor mats ( BMW M3 genuine) New Battery replaced (March, 2015 New Radio (Panasonic ipod connector included) sport package model used all the M3 part with smaller engine (2.8 M50 engine, instead 3.0 M52 for M3), exact same M3 transmission (5-speed manual ZF transmission) e36 3-series is a very rugged and hard driving car especially manual transmission. This car is not for a trouble-free mechanically challenged driver. Either you should be an avid BMW fan or have a reliable and knowledgeable mechanic. Many avid BMW fans remod this e36 chassis. e36 parts are very affordable and available. e36 is not as much as electrically circuited as newer models to mod with other engines. I bought this car to do the mod but I am about to be deployed overseas next few years. That is why I have to sell the car. I cannot burden my dad to take care the car any longer.
