Hard to Find '68 Chevrolet C20 3/4 TON Four-Wheel-Drive SHORTBED (6' 105" wheel base) pickup truck. This is definitely something you don't see everyday. Below is the equipment list: * This is a shortbed 3/4 Ton truck* 350 SBC V8* Edlebrock carburetor * 4 speed transmission* 16" steel wheels with near new tires* Factory AM radio* Rubber floor mats, bench seat interior THE GOOD:This largely rust-free truck is unmolested and mostly stock. It runs and drives nicely. The 4-wheel drive and hubs work like they should. The transmission is quiet and shifts smoothly. The engine is a GM Goodwrench replacement engine with approximately 20K since installation. The tires are near new condition. The glass is in good condition. The bed is in excellent rust-free condition. The wheel wells and bed floor are in excellent condition. The bed sides are so straight they appear as new. The underside of the truck, floors and cab mounts are all solid. The door step plates are rust free. The bumpers, grill and tailgate are all straight and rust free. The lights, gauges and heater work. The dash and glove box is in remarkably good original condition without damage. Have the original dealer paperwork and protect-o-plate which attests to the fact this has always been a Northwest vehicle,sold new in WA state, and why it isn't a total rust bucket. THE BADThe driver side (rear bottom) cab corner has an egg sized rust hole. Both doors have rust on the bottom them. The exterior paint is recent however it is an amateur job; it is a 10 footer. The original floor mat has a tear on the driver side. The original bench seat cover is worn needing replacement. Could use a tune up. Horn button is missing.
