Bought certified pre-owned 5 years ago. Owned by single mom w 1 kid, maintenance has always been kept up. -4 All new Tires- New A/C with ice cold air and warm heat-New Brakes, Rotors, and Calipers-New O2 upstream/downstream sensors (this was a problem for this specific year make/model and has been fixed). -Car needs a replacement catalytic converter, part is about $300, and I just don't care to repair it atm. -Car also needs an oil change @143,300 miles. One driver for the last 5 years. Car is in good condition, body has minor dings from parking lots, but nothing bad. Everything electronic (radio/cd/cassette, sunroof, lights, mirrors, indicators, etc) all work perfect. Missing the Honda symbol off the front of the hood, but everything else is in excellent working order. Interior was just detailed last month (unfortunately leaves are in it now, but not too much). I'm looking to sell bc I need a more efficient car for my daily errands, and am thinking of leasing.KBB value is around $4,500-5k... would make a good investment if bought by a mechanic and fixed up to re-sell. 143300 miles as of 11/10/2015.
