I am re-listing this due to a non-paying buyer. So I'm not doing it as an auction again. I disclosed below that the car has an oil leak, someone BINs it, and then shows up and says "hey - it leaks oil." So here is what I'm doing. I'm fixing all oil leaks so the buyer won't have that to deal with. If you want to offer less and deal with it yourself, then just make an offer. I will also insist on the deposit, so expect it. Thanks!----- This is a really nice SUV that I'm selling to raise cash for another project. This is actually one of our daily drivers, so I hate to see it go. The car is in very good condition overall as you can see from the pictures. The underside is just as nice. It passed Massachusetts state inspection which is very rigorous. If one piece of OEM equipment doesn't work (like a license plate bulb), they will fail the car. This car passed so that gives you some idea of the shape its in. If you wanted to drive it to California tomorrow (I'm on the East Coast) I'd have no worries about it. The car does have a couple issues which should eventually be looked at, but that didn't impact passing inspection and so I have let them go. This first item is what I am fixing for you, the buyer so the engine will have no leaks when you get it. (The first is that it needs the 'oil filter stand gasket' replaced. Turns out it also needs a new valve cover gasket. ) The second issue is that, when the car is not driven a few days, the computer will put the car to sleep. We didn't even notice this for almost a year (since this is our daily driver) until we came back from a long trip. I don't know the cause of it, but basically putting a battery charger on the front terminals wakes the car back up and then it is perfectly normal afterwards. I haven't bothered with fixing that either, but this is the reason that the BIN is low for this car. I'm leaving some room so you can have a dealer sort it out for you. One minor thing is that the radio has some dropped pixels in the display, which is VERY common on these cars. Replacement radios are very available on eBay if you care about that. I have clear title with original MA title certificate in my name matching the VIN. The winning bidder will receive a bill of sale and the title certificate with assignment signature completed.
