Here is a 1980 Rover SD1 3500 4 door sedan. These cars were only imported into the US for one year. This is a complete running car with current Virginia inspection sticker. This car was driven daily by the company owner's wife until last week. During the time we have had it, the engine was replaced with a lower-mileage unit with about 50,000 miles on it. The 5-speed transmission was rebuilt, and a new clutch installed. During this time, the power steering rack was rebuilt, and normal suspension parts were replaced and the car had normal regular maintenance. Original (and somewhat troublesome) fuel injection has been replaced by an Edelbrock intake and 4-barrel carburetor. This car does exhibit the normal wear you would expect to see on a 35 year old vehicle. Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping. Car is for sale locally, so auction is subject to end early.
