The stated auction terms must be observed to maintain this guarantee. This is a great looking 1991 Mercedes 300CE with 159,099 miles. The title is clean and clear without any liens or encumbrances. This Mercedes has been a southern vehicle, and spent most of its life in the Carolinas. The owner has a Kenwood stereo with Navigation installed, which works well. This 300CE runs and drives very nicely. The venerable Mercedes 3.0L straight six engine runs very well, and the automatic transmission shifts nicley. The owner installed a complete set of Yokohama tires which are showing good tread, and the brakes are in excellent condition. The suspension and steering feels nice and tight. The oil & filters were replaced this week. There aren’t any service or warning lights on, and this car is ready to be picked up and put to use immediately. I believe nearly all of the equipment in this car is working properly except the lumbar switches which are stuck, and the passenger seat headrest stays in one position. Otherwise, all of the equipment we checked appears to be working properly, including the power and heated seats, all of the power windows, door locks, sunroof, antenna and the heater & air conditioning. Even the vanity mirror lights and the power seat belt extenders are working properly. The exterior looks terrific and has been well maintained. Other than a few minor imperfections and a piece of plastic trim that cracked off of the bottom edge of the lower front bumper, the entire body is in excellent condition. The White paint finish is super glossy and brilliant over the entire body and not faded, probably because this car has been garage kept. The undercarriage is clean, dry and in excellent condition. There isn’t any body rust at all, and the undercarriage is very clean. The interior of this Mercedes is in very good condition. The only notable wear is on the driver seat. The left bolster has wear through, and the lower side plastic side trim at the bottom is detached and in the trunk. The carpeting is fluffy, clean and in excellent condition. All of the interior trim pieces are in great shape, including the door panels and dash. This was a non-smoker owned vehicle, and there aren’t any smoke odors or burn marks inside this car. This is a very nice running Mercedes that should provide great service for many years to come. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $60, which will provide valid registration for a period of 30 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer or cash in person. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. (Storage charges will not apply to vehicles scheduled for pickup by a transporter). We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends.
